Alpha Course
Over 8 million people have now attended an Alpha course, an opportunity to explore the meaning of life, running in tens of thousands of churches of all denominations across the world. Alpha is an opportunity for anyone to explore the Christian faith in a relaxed, non-threatening setting over ten thought-provoking weekly sessions, with a day or weekend away. Why not take this opportunity to explore the meaning of life?

Dinner and study are included. Contact Bruce & Barb Abbey to register.

Cub Scouts
Cub Scouts is an organization for boys in grades 1-5. Scouting is a fun program that promotes character development, citizenship training, and personal fitness for every member. Boys have fun in a weekly den meeting doing crafts, learning together, playing games, earning achievements, and going on field trips. Contact Audrey Anderson to register your son or become a volunteer helper.

Food Bank
If you or someone you know is in need of food please come to the food bank for help. The Food Bank is open Saturday mornings from 9-11am in CE bldg basement. If you need assistance at other times please call Anita Baker.

Kensington
Kensington is a women's fellowship group that meets every 3rd Wednesday of the month. They meet in a different woman's home each time so watch the bulletin for each months location.

Men's Christian Fellowship Breakfast
The men's breakfast is on Wednesday mornings from 6:30-7:30am in the church basement. This is a time for men of faith to gather around a meal, study scripture, be inspired, and pray for one another. Men of all ages are welcome.

Music
We have a very active music ministry with a 20+ person choir, contemporary praise team and service on Sunday evenings, and we encourage soloists during all our worship services. You may choose to be involved in the choir, praise team, or special music. Your talents are always welcome.

New Members Class
Thinking of becoming a member of the church? The Pastor will work with you to tailor a schedule of classes that works for you.

PW
PW is a gathering of Presbyterian Women who provide fellowship for one another and perform duties in the church such as funeral dinners, fundraisers, teas, etc. Women of all ages are encouraged to join. If you have questions please contact Moderator, Lavonne Bren.

Sunday School for Children
Sunday School is from 9:30-10:30am Children ages preschool to 8th grade are welcome. We provide an active Sunday School program for kids ages pre-school to high school. In addition to our regular Sunday School times our program participates in outings for fun and community service. Our kids are also involved in seasonal worhsip activities. Children's Sunday School stops during the summer months.

Sunday School for Adults
Adult Sunday School is from 9:30-10:30am in the basement of the church. The Pastor leads a casual adult Sunday School each Sunday morning where spirited discussion and laughter are commonplace. Adult Sunday School meets at 8:30am during the summer.

VBS (Vacation Bible School)
Each summer the Christian Church teams up with the Waitsburg Presbyterian Church to put on a great VBS for the kids in our community. We pick fun and exciting curriculum that is Bible based and full of music. The kids enjoy Bible study time, music time, craft time, snack time, and recreation time. We encourage all kids from Waitsburg and surrounding areas to attend.
